With the release ofÂHalo InfiniteÂgetting ever closer, the excitement and hype for the game are palpable across the video game landscape. The excitement has now reached across the gaming world and into the tech one asElon Musk revealed recently that his favorite console gameis “only Halo.” Microsoft executives got wind of this and are hoping for a collaboration on a Cybertruck Warthog.Aaron Greenberg, Xbox general manager of marketing,To be clear this would be a dream collab for me and many fans I know. A fan replying to Muskposted a picture of a mock-up Cybertruck Wathog pointing out the similarities in design and citing the original Warthog as a clear inspiration for the truck.
Musk has yet to respond to Greenberg publicly about a Tesla xÂHaloÂcollaboration, but who knows. He seems to be in the news frequently enough that if something is in the works, we’ll hear about it eventually.
This would not be the first Warthog to be made in real life, however. Back in 2007 when we thought a potentialÂHaloÂmovie was on the way, WETA workshop created a fully driveable Warthog, among other props, for a live-actionHalomovie. While we never got the movie,Bungie made a handful of live-action shortswith the props to promoteÂHalo 3’s release.
