Metaphor: ReFantazio is a JRPGdeveloped by Atlus, set in a fantasy world occupied by different magical races, who live in an uneasy peace. When the king is assassinated, a power struggle breaks out, only for a supernatural force to step in and force a succession contest, which the protagonist is forced to enter.

Those who love Atlus’ previous titles, like theShin Megami TenseiorPersonagames, will find a lot tolove in Metaphor: ReFantazio, even if the dungeon designs aren’t quite as impressive. Those who can’t wait to play can try out the game’s demo, which has around five hours of content, and the progress carries over to the main game, giving everyone a chance to see if they gel with its bizarre world.
