Rise Up Your Flag
A combatant from Hollow Special Operations Section 6, Soukaku’sshort staturehides the fact that she’s a prominent government agent.
While she’s only an A-Rank Agent, available from one of the game’s permanent banners, Soukaku can still find a powerful niche in certain team comps.
Soukaku is an Ice Support Agent, with her massive metal banner unleashing a storm of ice after accumulating charges from her special attack.
Soukaku can’t carry a team by herself, but pair her up with another Ice agent, and she offers one of the best synergies in the game.
9Alexandrina Sebastiane
Beauty And Grace In Your Face
Alexandria Sebastiane, Rina for short, is the head maid at Victoria Housekeeping Co.
She’s a graceful, soothing presence to her employers, with deft hands that can accomplish any task (except cooking, apparently).
Rina is an Electric Support Agent, swaying across the field as she swings her Bangboo playmates around, striking lightning as they go.
Rina’s main value is the buff she provides to PEN ratio, which allows her teammates to more easily strike through armored foes.
8Grace Howard
No One Knows Machines Like Her
Grace Howard is the lead tech and engineering expert of Belobog Heavy Industries.
Her parental love for any and every mechanical device she creates is a bit odd, but nobody knows how to weaponize ordinary tools like her.
Grace is an Electric Anomaly Agent, peppering foes with AoE grenades that inflict lasting shock damage, even when she’s off the field.
Grace is one of the better mid-ranged units, helping keep the pressure on from a safe distance.
Pair her with an Attack unit, and their cumulative damage will carve quite a swath.
An Outstanding PubSec Officer
Zhu Yuan is an officer with the NEPS Criminal Investigation Special Response Team, and one of their most talented officers besides.
While she’s a little awkward in her day-to-day life, when the call comes in, she’s on the scene at a moment’s notice to right wrongs and bust punks.
Zhu Yuan is an Ether Attack Agent, and one of the best long-ranged combatants in the game.
Her shots come out hard and fast, though she can also switch up to close-range combat as the situation demands.
Give her a stun unit to work with, and she’ll cull a crowd of Ethereals in no time.
Artificial Human, Real Muscle
Qingyi is a newcomer to the NEPS Criminal Investigation Special Response Team, an artificial human whose mannerisms are heavily influenced by old texts.
Uncanny though she may be, her strength with her segmented staff is the real deal.
Qingyi is an Electric Stun Agent, making her both an excellent companion for Zhu Yuan and a great unit in general.
Her Subjugation passive ability allows her to build stacks on enemies that increase their stun damage multiplier, so as long as she keeps wailing on enemies, they’ll naturally crumble on their own.

Burn It, Burnice, Burn It, Burnice
Burnice White is a member of the Sons of Calydon biker gang, working as the proprietress of the gang’s refreshment bar.
As her major earworm of a theme song may imply, she’s quite the enthusiast for all things that ignite, combust, and in general, burn. She’s got a vibe not unlike that ofGuinaifen in Honkai Star Rail.

Burnice is a Fire Anomaly Agent, coating the entire field in Scorch-inflicting flames, building up her personal Heat level.
When her Heat is maxed out, Burnice enters an enhanced state that not only inflicts even more Scorch damage, but allows all other party members to inflict Afterburn damage, adding a damage bonus based on Burnice’s damage stat.

Lycaon is an Ice Stun Agent, and quite possibly one of the easiest Agents to effectively utilize.
Any hit in Lycaon’s combo chain can be charged to increase its damage and stun application.
This is on top of a generally excellent base Impact stat for quickly building enemy Daze.
3Caesar King
The Biker Gang Queen
Caesar King is the leader of the Sons of Calydon biker gang, and an icon to all residents of New Eridu’s Outer Ring.
Caesar is a bit of an intimidating boss, but if she trusts you, that trust is absolute and unbreakable. She’ll always be in your corner when you need her.
Caesar is a Physical Defense Agent, bolstering all of her teammates with her mere presence on the field.
Using Caesar’s special attack allows her to perform Perfect Blocks on enemy attacks.
This not only deflects the attack, but buffs the whole party with an Impact-scaling shield that also buffs attack and anti-interrupt.
Definitely Not Her Real Name
“Jane Doe,” which is almost definitely an alias, is a criminal behavior specialist who does consulting work for the NEPS Criminal Investigation Special Response Team.
Jane is a rather sketchy individual, but her unparalleled skill in disguise and subterfuge make her a vital spy for the police.
Jane is a Physical Anomaly Agent, dashing around the field with incredible speed and slashing up enemies as she goes, inflicting continuous Assault damage.
Any enemy Jane attacks enters a special state called Gnawed.
If another Agent triggers Assault on them, they’ll Flinch, becoming susceptible to deadlier critical hits.
1Ellen Joe
A Predator In A Maid Outfit
Ellen Joe is the newest maid in the employ of Victoria Housekeeping Co.
A high schooler working on the side, Ellen’s very laid-back in general temperament, though definitely not in combat acumen.
Ellen is an Ice Attack Agent, and an absolute force of nature on the field. Ellen’s combos pack a ridiculous number of attacks, each backed by her high critical stat and Freeze infliction.
Her Roaming ability allows her to perform field-spanning invincible dashes, as well as buff the strength of her own Freeze and Shatter-inflicting attacks.
